Congratulations to Professor Andrew Whitehouse for being named a finalist in the prestigious Premier’s Science Awards, which were announced recently.
Professor Whitehouse was a finalist in the Scientist of the Year category for his internationally recognised autism research and advocacy.
He sat among a field of outstanding researchers, including the eventual winner, Hackett Professor Kadambot Siddique AM from The University of Western Australia, who is a renowned agricultural scientist who promotes sustainable agriculture and addresses global food security.
