The Client Support Team at CliniKids has some new faces! Nicki and Amy join our lovely Tracy.
Nicki, pictured far right, joins us with an extensive background in allied health services. Nicki also worked in the aviation industry in the UK for 20 years, where she has experienced a variety of opportunities and learnt about various cultures. Nicki brings with her a mountain of reception and customer service experience to our team. Nicki enjoys the sunshine, the great outdoors and spending time with her beloved family and friends. Nicki is looking forward to expanding her career with CliniKids, assisting, and supporting families wherever she can and understanding the juggling demands of being a busy parent.
Amy, pictured above left, has worked in various business administration and operations roles for the past few years, and before that, spent almost eight years working overseas on luxury private super yachts. Amy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, sunshine and learning to cook! Amy is looking forward to being apart of the CliniKids family and getting to know the children and their families.
Operations Manager Leah said: “It is our role to ensure clients feel well supported and informed about CliniKids services, and to provide high level administrative support to clients and clinicians. As part of our involvement in client scheduling, the Client Support Team will be supporting the coordination of school visits, new services onboarding, clinic appointments, and collaboration meetings with the clinical team. They will also provide support to clients to better assist and track and manage NDIS funding and client accounts. We are looking forward to greater involvement in helping our families, and to watching the CliniKids service continue to grow and improve.”
