CliniKids is a new not-for-profit clinic providing clinical services to children with early developmental delay and/or autism, and their families. It is the first of its kind for autism in Australia.
CliniKids provides therapy support and individualised programs to help children and families to reach their full potential.
Nicki, Leah, Tracy, and Amy (pictured left to right) make up our wonderful Client Support team at CliniKids. The team was established in mid-2021 as services began to grow.
They have a wealth of experience in administration and client services and are here to help and support your journey at CliniKids.
Part of the team’s role is welcoming families to our clinic and talking to them about what our service model looks like. They also look after the booking and rescheduling of appointments, billing and account enquiries, funding pathways and treatment plan tracking, service agreements, NDIS plan expiry recalls, waitlist management, creche bookings and reception duties.
The team take a keen interest in the progress of your children, and love hearing their laughter. “Knowing that they feel comfortable and happy at CliniKids makes our day meaningful.” - Nicki
“As a team, cover for the reception desk is rotated, allowing other support work to be carried out behind the scenes. This means you won’t always see the same person at the desk, but you will chat to us on the phone and exchange emails with us, and might see us the next time you are in.” – Tracy
“However, and whoever you engage with in our team, we are always here to help and to answer your questions. We are all striving for the same goal, and that is to provide excellent administrative services for you and your family.” – Amy
