Anyone who wishes to make a complaint about our services will be treated with fairness and respect and will be kept informed of the progress of their complaint where a response is deemed necessary.
If you are unhappy with the way in which your complaint has been handled you are welcome to provide feedback directly to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguarding Commission.
