Senior Occupational Therapist
Gayle is a Senior Occupational Therapist at the Joondalup CliniKids clinic.
Gayle graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Occupational Therapy, in 1993 whilst working and living in South Africa. Thereafter Gayle and family immigrated to New Zealand where she worked in various settings before moving to Western Australia, 22 years ago.
Gayle brings extensive clinical experience working across several sectors including hospitals; private practice; private clinics; community based and disability settings. Gayle successfully ran her own paediatric private practice and mobile kindy screening program for 14 years, has worked at Telethon Speech and Hearing Centre, and most recently across the life span in complex disability for Therapy Focus.
Gayle has extensive experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, and with a diverse range of clients. She always comes back to her love for early supports and the impact that is possible in the early years.
